Another original pink ribbon pin design from a customers suggestion to make a pink ribbon pin for Mah Jong players. This is a 1 1/4" Cloisonne lapel pin. I chose the Chinese Character for "Courage" to go on the tile above the pink ribbon because I love what this word stands for. "Courage is bravery in the face of fear. You do the right thing even when it is hard or scary. When you are courageous, you don't give up. Courage is strength in your heart!" This totally defines what a SURVIVOR is to me. It also defines the wonderful CAREGIVERS who stand by us as we go through our surgeries, radiation and chemo. It is frightening, but you stick with your loved one, friend, wife, mother, sister, aunt or cousin as they fight for their life. And last but certainly not least- it defines all the walkers and crew out there who give up their precious time to train and give it their all to walk or crew these wonderful walks...3-Days, Avons, Relay for Life 24 hour walks, 5Ks, etc. What a wonderful gift this pin would make for the pink ribbon collectors in your life.
